February 16, 2010 - Sen. John C. Rafferty, Jr. is
proposing legislation that would loosen Pennsylvania’s restrictive beer-sales
law. Flanked by a fife and drum corps in Revolutionary War dress, Sen. John
Rafferty told a crowd in the Capitol Rotunda, "it’s time for Pennsylvania to
move from an antiquated and unsafe system to one that is modern, safer and
consumer friendly."
