PennDOT Issues My staff is here to help process your PennDOT related issues such as: motor vehicle registration, driver's licenses, learners permits, handicap placards to name a few. I have provided a link that will allow you to go directly to the PennDOT Driver & Vehicle Services website. Legislation My staff is here to assist you with any question you may have on legislative issues. I have also provided a link where you can explore and research legislation. Student Government Seminar Each year, I hold a student government seminar for high school students from across the 44th Senatorial District. The students actively participate in small group discussions debating issues on education, technology, crime and punishment, transportation, gun control, and teen driving. The students are able to convene in a large group and participate in a mock senate session where they debate and vote upon the issues as they see fit. The students are able to gain a hands-on perspective of the legislative process, as well as having a lot of fun. Publications Click here to order any state publications.
